As a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef (and ex-columnist) I really enjoyed Justin's push to now also start publishing and writing. The emphasis on relevance and news is a crucial insight.
This course was excellent. It was online and still exceeded my expectations with a highly qualified teacher with up-to-date knowledge. During the live sessions Justin made us feel very comfortable with any questions and doubts. Too bad it was a short time, I would take this course for months!
